Aerial Hoop AKA ‘Lyra’ is a circus discipline performed on a metallic, circular hoop made of steel, suspended in the air.
Cirque du Soleil and many other touring circus shows have made this beautiful discipline famous and more recognised. Its popularity continues to rise as more aerial hoop classes are introduced in dance studios worldwide.
Our 2 Aerial studios are specially rigged to hold 5 Aerial Hoops at our Milton Studio, and 6 Aerial Hoops at our Central studio. All of different sizes and heights.
With professional and fully qualified instructors, we teach all levels from beginner to elite.
